It was determined throughout the course of the HHS investigation that a caregiver forcefully grabbed a child's chin with both hands in an effort to get the child to listen. This occurred on multiple occasions. Surveillance footage also revealed the same caregiver forcefully grabbed a child in care by the arm and "flung" the child towards a wall when the caregiver was frustrated. Furthermore, the same caregiver grabbed and pulled other children in care when frustrated, when children wouldn't be quiet, when children wouldn't listen, and during naptime.
