Infant aged children did not have infant written feeding instructions for review.

The emergency preparedness plan is missing the required policy on how the staff will evacuate children 24m of age or who have limited mobility, or who need assistance, during an emergency.

One out of the staff records requested was not made readily available for review.

The operation does not have the following operational policies: safe sleep practices for infants, promotion for indoor and outdoor physical activity policies relating to activities and lesson planning, and for procedures for supporting inclusive services to children with special care needs.

There were there window air conditioners in three classrooms. Air conditioner units were within children's reach.

Emergency evacuation and relocation diagram was pending two exit paths from each classroom, and the designated location inside wehere all caregivers center and children take shelter from threatening weather.

Children's products certification form was last updated on January 1st, 2023. Note: Form was updated during inspection.

Ten children's files were reviewed. Five files were pending updated records.

There were 3 rocking structures and one climbing structure in the outside playground in need of surfacing.

Diaper changing supplies were observed within children's reach in infant and toddler classrooms.

One of the children's files reviewed, did not have the address documented of the emergency contact person. This was corrected when the director called the parent to get the address and then the director documented the address in the child's file.

Bleach water was sitting out on a shelf accessible to the children in the class. This was corrected when brought to the directors attention.

Of the four staff files reviewed, two did not have the documentation of the education requirements.

Appropriate discipline was not used to the child's level of understanding.

Positive methods of discipline and guidance were being used to redirect negative behavior.

Annual Fire Inspection was not conducted for the year.

In two classrooms, the napping children where arranged to close to each other where there was not enough room to move freely between each child.

Two staff did not have current First Aid/CPR training available for review.

The Lunch substitution was not recorded on the menu.

Sec. 42.049. LIABILITY INSURANCE REQUIRED. (b) A license or registration holder under this chapter shall annually file with the commission a certificate or other evidence from an insurance company showing that the holder has an unexpired and uncancelled insurance policy or contract that meets the requirements of this section.

Three of four infant records did not have current feeding instructions. The feeding instructions were dated for the beginning of August 2022.

Two out of five children's records did not have the date of admission entered on form. NOTE: This was corrected at time of inspection.
