An infant was observed sleeping in a restrictive device. The caregiver moved the chlid to their crib after being asked too.

The nap room was observed to be over ratio by one child- there were three infants and five children ages 2 through 4 years old. The total number of children in care at the facility was twelve.

Two 12-month old infants were observed in a bouncer as a way to sleep during naptime. The caregiver moved them to mats and patted backs to sooth them to sleep.-
