Documentation of the most recent Fire Department inspection was not available at the time of inspection.

It was determined that on 2 occasions in staff worked more than 10 hours.

Documentation of current SIDS, Shaken Baby, & Early Brain Development training was not available for the 3 staff, at the time of inspection.

Annual training documentation was not available for 1 staff person for the training year Feb 2024-25.

The feeding instructions for one infant (who is not yet on table food) had not been undated within the past 30 days.

One caregiver lacked 5 hours of traning for the April 22-23 training year.

The director lacked 10 hours of annual training for the March 22-23 training year.

Based on information obtained during the investigation, it was determined that a caregiver has spoken to children in a non-positive manner - telling children to "shut up".

Information obtained during the investigation determined that children had been out of control in one classroom.

I was able to observe a caregiver eat food that was being served to the children without washing her hands before or after eating the food.

Based on information obtained during the investigation, it was determined that on at least two occasions caregivers did not provide prompt attention to an infant's physical needs - diapering.

The Children's Product Certification form was not available for review at the time of inspection. Note: This was corrected during the inspection, when the director completed a new form.
