The last annual sanitation inspection was conducted on 6/28/22.

Two children's medication were not in the original container labeled with the childs full name and the date brought to the operation.

One caregiver had CPR training that was completed online and did not include in-person practice.

An employee was present at the operation without an eligible background check. The employee left during the inspection.

Four infants had feeding schedules that were not updated in the last month.

One employee was missing documentation of orientation. Two employees were missing notarized affidavits of employment.

The operation did not have proof of their current liability insurance coverage on file.

The caregivers had only taken CPR online. They had not taken a class that included the use of a CPR manikin in person.

The operation had not done the annual certification in writing that they have reviewed each of the recall notices issued by the Consumer Product Safety Commission and that there are no unsafe products in the center.
