The Director brought the children inside and reviewed the ratio and group size standards for walking field trip standards with the caregivers. The Director stated the children will only go outside the fenced area, if the operation has enough caregivers to accommodate the max group sizes for proper supervision.

There were several gaps beneath the turf material used on the ground, which could lead to injuries if children trip and fall. There are concerns that during play the children have access to bird droppings and leave that could be put in their mouths, which could be a risk to their health.
