A caregiver was observed on video footage yanking children, throwing objects at children, and speaking harshly to children in the classroom.

Through investigation, one caregiver was observed to be harsh in her treatment of a child when she repositioned him at nap time.

After investigation, it was determined that the operation delayed reporting an incident to Child Care Regulation that placed a child at risk of harm within the required two day period.
