Information obtained throughout the investigation shows that the operation failed to notify Child Care Regulation within two days of a child requiring medical treatment.

A caregiver left children unsupervised to seek help after a child in the classroom was injured.

A caregiver, with direct access to children, was present without a background check eligibility. The caregiver was sent home during the inspection. The background was processed during the inspection.

Children were observed transitioning into their classroom and not washing hands prior to touching toys.

Two caregivers did not know the number of children they were responsible for.

Information obtained during an investigation shows that the operation failed to demonstrate good judgement when they allowed caregivers to work with children while the caregivers were sick.

An infant was observed sleeping in a bouncer. The caregiver was instructed to place the child in a crib for nap.

There was no documentation of completing emergency drills.

The unitary surfacing that covers the splash pad contains holes.

Both caregivers were unaware of the number of children in their care.

During an investigation, it was determined an infant was not being interacted with during lunch and was able to fall out of their highchair despite being buckled in. Caregivers were unable to intervene to prevent the fall.

It was determined a caregiver was forcing a child to nap by covering the child's head and patting the child harshly. The caregiver is no longer employed by the operation.
