Two infant bottles were observed at time of investigation inspection not labeled with first name and last initial. This was corrected at time of inspection when bottles were labeled by caregiver.

Testing of the downstairs and upstairs carbon monoxide detectors were not documented. The detectors were tested during inspection and were working.
