The trash cans in the rooms where children were located were low to the ground and did not have lids making the garbage accessible to children in care.

There was no handwashing sink the the diaper changing area in an infant room. The operation removed it. The sink was reinstalled at the operation during this inspection.

It was observed that the operation had drain cleaner on the bottom shelf in the hallway of the operation that was accessible to children in care. This was corrected at inspection when the director removed the drain cleaner from the shelf and out of reach of the children in care.

A one month old infant was observed asleep in a baby rocker and swaddled inside of a blanket during the inspection. The infant was removed from the rocker and the blanket during this inspection.

The operation allowed a caregiver to be present at the operation without a cleared background check. The background check was submitted but pending results. The caregiver did not remain at the operation. The caregiver left during the inspection.

The operation served the children chocolate chip cookies during snack time.
