The staff did not make a good judgment when accusing the child in front of others, as the staff said the child intentionally injured another student on the playground without checking what really happened. This caregiver was terminated.

The caregiver walked toward the child in front of their parents, said the child was lying, and labeled the child as a liar. The caregiver used a loud tone, pointed fingers, and inappropriate words while speaking to the child in the hallway at the operation in front of parents, staff, and families entering and leaving the operation. This caregiver was terminated.
