During inspection, the operation was observed to be over ratio. Specifically, primary caregiver was observed supervising a total of seven children ages 7 months, 14 months, 14 months, 14 months, 2 years, 2 years, and 2 years. The most number of children one caregiver may supervise when having four children between the ages of 0-17 months is four children plus two additional children ages 18 months through 3 years. Therefore, the operation was over ratio by one child. This was corrected at inspection after one infant child was picked up by a parent.
