During the course of a DFPS investigation it was found that during naptime, there was not sufficient walking space between the napping cots in the 18-24 month old classroom.

The school age room had 44 children present. The maximum amount of children two providers can have is 35. The room was over ratio by 9 children.

The operation did not report to the local Licensing office or the Abuse Hotline and incident in which a child in care sustained and injury while in care that resulted in the child requiring medical treatment.

In the infant room there were a total of 12 children present during this inspection. The specified age group of the children present is for infants ages 0 months to 11 months. The maximum amount of children 2 providers can care for is 10 infants. This group was over ratio by 2 children.
