During the walkthrough I observed two caregivers on their personal phones while supervising children.

During the walkthrough I observed a changing mat with a hole. This was corrected when the director replaced the changing mat.

During the walkthrough I observed a water hose on the playground. This was corrected when the caregiver removed the hose from the playground and placed it in the closet.
