Two staff have not completed the remaining 16 clock hours of pre-service training within 90 days of their hire date.

One child's file lacked a health statement from a health care professional.

Children's records were missing the following information: 1. One child's file lacked the date of admission. 2. All nine children's files lacked the address of the emergency contact. 3. All nine children's filed lacked the required infromation regarding special needs.

The direcor has not recieved training in the required health and safety topics for the February 2024-February 2025 training year.

One caregiver completed 16 of the required 24 clock hours of annual training for the October 2023-October 2024 training year. The caregiver will need to receive 8 clock hours of make-up training.

The parent handbook lacked the following information: 1. The parent handbook listed the incorrect website for Child Care Regulation. 2. The emergency preparedness plan. 3. Staff vaccination policy. 4. Staff training requirements related to recognizing the signs and symptoms of abuse and neglect, steps the center takes to increase employee and parent awareness of child abuse and neglect symptoms and prevention techniques for child abuse and neglect; coordination between the center and appropriate community organizations; steps the parent of a child who is a victim of abuse or neglect should take to obtain assistance and intervention; reporting procedures for parents and staff to take when child abuse or neglect is suspected. 5. Procedures to support inclusive services for children with special needs or care.
