At 3:31 PM and 3:32 PM parents picked up 2 children in 3 y/o. The classroom was in ratio at 3:32 PM same day.

The teacher left the classroom for 3 minutes to talk with the other 2 teachers in gym. There were 17 children from 3 yo to 5 yo in the classroom unsupervised in 3 minutes. The teacher came back to the classroom to supervise 17 children in care.

There were 2 groups of 50 children in care this afternoon. The program was out of ratio from 3:25 PM to 3:45 PM, one caregiver was taking care of 28 children in one group: 2 children : 3 y/o. 2 children : 4 y/o. 12 children : 5 y/o. 9 children : 6 y/o. 3 children : 7 y/o. At 3:45 PM the site director moved three 7 y/o children and one 6 y/o child to the other group of 22 children from 9 y/o to 12 y/o. Two 3 y/o children left at 3:40 PM. At 3:45 PM there were 2 groups of children in care: One group of 26 children from 6-12 yo with one caregiver, and 1 group of 22 children from 4-6 y/o (12 children of 5 y/o).
