11 children in care did not have there cots labeled with a name or number. This was corrected when the caregiver labeled the cots with each childs name.

A caregiver caring for children did not have an eligible background check. Corrected during inspection: The caregiver left the home.

It was observed an unauthorized caregiver was caring for three children, without a background check. Note: Corrected at inspection caregiver immediately left the operation.

I observed the garage room pitch black while inspecting the home.

Four out of five personnel files did not have affidavits in their files.

Two out of four personnel files was missing trainings in the following: Guidance and discipline, Teacher-child interaction, Preventing and controlling the spread of communicable diseases, including immunizations and Cultural diversity for children and families.

During the walk though, the home had a total of 13 children which exceeds permit holder capacity of 12.
