The main caregiver in the classroom fail to communicate to the caregiver coming to take over the class that a child in the classroom had a food allergy and would not be able to eat the evening snack that is serviced.

It was stated that the caregiver used name to face three times during the transition to the playground and did not realize the child was not in line.
