The operation allowed for a staff member to be present at the operation with a pending background. This was corrected during the inspection when I observed the staff member leave the operation.

An operation allowed two caregivers with pending backgrounds to be present with children. This was corrected during the inspection when both caregivers were observed leaving the building.

Two preschool children were allowed to go to the restroom by themselves without proper supervision. The caregiver was observed walking back and fourth between the restroom and preschool classroom.

During the walk through inspection I observed a caregiver changing diapers with out washing her or the child's hands.

In the younger toddler classroom the sleeping mats were not properly spaced out and were touching.

During the walk through inspection I observed a caregiver changing diapers with out washing her or the child's hands.

Children in the younger toddler classroom were observed riding toys bicycles around the classroom and on top of mats while other children were sleeping. While the children were riding bikes, no caregiver redirected or intervened the behavior and allowed the children to continue riding the bikes in the classroom and on children's mats.

Multiple types of food was observed uncovered in the refrigerator. This was corrected during the inspection when the caregiver through the food away.

Multiple children were observed sitting in a feeding chair without being strapped in. This was corrected during the inspection when the caregiver strapped the children in.

I observed the cook/caregiver serving whole grapes to the younger toodler children, older toddler children and preschool children.

During the walk through I observed a caregiver leaving the younger toddler classroom to wash children's hands. The classroom had two caregivers with thirteen children. The specified age group was tweny-one months and the ratio was one to nine. The caregiver was observed taking one child at a time to wash there hands, leaving the other caregiver by herself with twelve children. The caregiver was observed doing this two times before i intervened. This was corrected during the inspection when i informed the caregiver that she was leaving the other teacher out of ratio. A third caregiver stepped in and helped the children was there hands.

A caregiver with a pending background check was observed in the toddler classroom working with children. This was corrected during the inspection when I observed the caregiver immediately leaving the operation.

Two out of ten children were missing an updated shots record.

The fire inspection was not available for review.

Toddler children were observed walking around with training cups and a toddler was observed falling asleep in a crib with a bottle in there hand. This was corrected during the inspection when i observed the caregiver removing the child from the crib and placing him at the table to finish his bottle and I observed the caregiver taking the children's training cups and putting them in the children bag.
