It was determined and noted during this investigation that the caregiver mentioned did pull, hit, pinch, yell, and mistreat children that are enrolled into care. Compliance was met for this deficiency during the inspection, as the caregiver mentioned in this report is no longer employed at the facility following the incident that took place. Training on discipline/guidance is scheduled to take place this week with all staff present.
