During the inspection CCR observed 70 children in care. 6 infants ages 0-11M, 6 toddlers SAG 18-23M, 17 PreK SAG 4yrs, 24 School age SAG 8yrs, 10 Toddlers SAG 2yrs, and 7 PreK SAG 3yrs.

Operation did not have annual fire inspection. Document given to CCR has and edited date of submission to the Lancasters fire department.

CCR observed the infant room out of capacity. The room had, four infants and two 18 months for a total capacity of 6.

This standard was evaluated as part of an investigation. Witnessed statements confirmed that a caregiver used harsh, abusive and profane language toward a child.

Annual report has not been completed and submitted by required due date.

An outdated employee list was posted at the follow-up inspection.

A person observed at the operation personating another caregiver.

The standard was task as part of an investigation. Information obtained from interviews and was found to be deficient. The operation did not use good judgment by disciplining a child with a rubber object.

The standard was assessed as part of an investigation. Information obtained from an interview with the director revealed a deficiency in meeting this standard. The director?s responses indicated an inadequate understanding of the minimum requirements.

One caregiver was observed caring for 19 children ages 2 years old- 14 years old. The specified age group was 4. The room was out of ratio by 1.

A caregiver present does not have a current First Aid training.

The operation did not have an incident report available regarding a child's injury during a DFPS investigation.

A caregiver was observed not washing a child's hands after diapering them.

There were six 12 month old children with one caregiver in classroom two. The classroom was out of ratio by one child.

A classroom with four twelve month old children was observed without a caregiver.

An outlet was observed without a cover in the infant room. The caregiver placed in cover in the outlet during the inspection.

Two children were observed going to the restroom in an area of the building with no caregiver supervision.

One caregiver was observed caring for 5 infants ages 3-11 months. The room was out of ratio by 1.

A staff was observed entering the building from driving the van. The same staff was later seen in the lobby area of the operation with access to children. The staff was present prior to the operation receiving the results of the person's eligibility from CBCU. The staff left the operation.

Two caregivers were observed iwith access to children before a determination was made on their background check.

There is not currently a qualified director in place. One director cannot cover two childcare centers. The person who will be director will not be qualified until the end of March 2022.

Does not yet have liability insurance, but have a meeting to get it set up later today.
