This standard was evaluated as part of the investigation and found deficient. A caregiver fed an infant less than an ounce of the wrong breast milk at feeding time.

This standard was evaluated as part of an investigation and found to be deficient. It was determined a caregiver demonstrated inappropriate discipline by hitting a child on the head with part of a toy.

During the inspection, 3 classes were observed watching movies that were unrelated to the educational goals of the activity plan. Compliance was met when the movies were turned off.

This standard was reviewed in relation to the self-reported allegations and found to be deficient. The caregivers did not properly supervise children in the Sanctuary resulting in a child's injury. Two caregivers did not demonstrate appropriate supervision when allowing children to stand and play on the adult sized chairs in the Sanctuary.

The director did not ensure the Sanctuary was set up with age-appropriate equipment, furnishings and toys when the Toddler's class was moved to the Sanctuary while their classroom was painted. As a result, a child was injured from standing and falling off of an adult sized chair.
