This standard was reviewed in relation to the self-reported allegations and found to be deficient. The caregivers did not properly supervise children in the Sanctuary resulting in a child's injury. Two caregivers did not demonstrate appropriate supervision when allowing children to stand and play on the adult sized chairs in the Sanctuary.

The director did not ensure the Sanctuary was set up with age-appropriate equipment, furnishings and toys when the Toddler's class was moved to the Sanctuary while their classroom was painted. As a result, a child was injured from standing and falling off of an adult sized chair.
