During a walkthrough there were three trash cans that lids were missing giving access to children for empty cleaning bottles, used kleenex and soiled diapers/pull ups. This was corrected at inspection when garbage was removed and one trash can a lid was placed on.

It was observed that the operation had some cleaning supplies in reach of children in the girls restroom and in hallway leading to playground. On the playground it was observed that several plastic riding toys were broken leaving rough edges that could cause an injury to a child.
