Based on DFPS finding it is determined that the operation was propping bottles with a blanket on child's bouncer and crib for feeding time since child was not able to hold bottle on their own.

Outdoor area was observed with part of the fence missing leading to another area of the yard with an unlit fire pit. Play equipment was also observed with bird droppings. A rake was observed along the fence. *Rake was removed from outdoor area. *Director stated fence would be repaired next week.
