A mob bucket of water was left untended in the hallway between four 2-year old and 3-year-old classrooms. This was corrected at inspection when a staff removed the bucket.

A 7 month old child was asleep in the crib with a blanket. This was corrected at inspection when the director removed the blanket.

This standard was found to be out of compliance. It was found there are several child injuries parents were not informed of at pick up or end of day because caregivers were unaware of the injuries or did not know how the injuries happened.

Some of the observations have the name of a director assistant and not the director's name, conducting the observations. There have not been any monthly conferences conducted with observed caregivers.

Nine infants not yet on table food did not have current feeding instructions. They were last updated February and March 2023. Two expired on April 1st.

The operation did not report, to Child Care Regulation, a child injury requiring medical attention, within 48 hours of the incident date. The injury and medical attention occurred on Thursday 3/31/22 and was not reported to CCR until Wednesday 4/6/22.
