The provider is not checking the smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, and fire extinguisher monthly.

Children's records were reviewed during the inspection and records were missing emergency contact information, parent rights information, and liability insurance information.

There is one dog at the home without current vaccinations.

The operation is not conducting monthly fire drills. The last fire drill was conducted in March 2026.

During the inspection multiple health and safety hazards were identified. The sink located in the licensed space in the bathroom was not functioning. The bathroom did not have paper towels or soap to wash hands. The operation did not have a step stool for children in care to independently access the handwashing sink. There were multiple holes observed in the backyard where children in care could easily trip. There was trash and tall weeds located in the backyard where children in care play. There was a wading pool with water in it located where children in care have access in the backyard. The wading pool was emptied during the inspection prior to CCR Specialist leaving. There was a trampoline observed in the backyard where children in care have access.

During the inspection the provider was missing 5 hours to meet the annual training requirement. The provider did not have preventing and responding to emergencies due to food or an allergic reaction. The provider did not have handling storing of hazardous materials.

One child record out of four surveyed was missing a health statement in the file.

The rotated menu did not have any dates for reference.

During the inspection two of the three records reviewed were not current for health statements and vaccination records.

The operational policies and procedures were missing the following policies release of children, dispensing medication, procedure for handling medical emergencies, Safe Sleep, animals, prodedure for parents to visit anytime, procedure for parents to review a copy of the most recent Child Care Regulation inspection and how to view Minimum Standards online, instructions on how the parent can contact Child Care Regulation and file a report for Abuse/Neglect and Emergency Preparedness Plan.

The provider did not have any required postings available for review to include the permit, the last Child Care Regulation inspection, a list of employee, [name redacted] Safe Poster, and Emergency Telephone Numbers. This was immedialty corrected during the inspection placing the operation back into compliance.

One child in care did not have a current immunization record of the four records surveyed.
