There was also a hammer sitting in the middle of play equipment. There was a broken slide with a puddle of accumluated water on it. Play equipment had a lot of dirt and spiders webs on them. There was also a large spider observed with a spiderweb in the playground area. There was a fallen tree limb inside of the fencing of the playground area. There was siding on the building that appears to be damaged and has nails sticking out. This siding was located in the area fenced for the playground.
