The following safety hazards were observed: * The home has chickens and ducks. The chicken coops must be made inaccessible to the children who will be in care. *There were several extension cords accessible to children. They must be made in accessible. *There was a grill and burn barrel that is accessible to the children who will be in care. *A play structure in the backyard was observed to be unsafe. It was easily shaken and the wood on the structure was not stable. A follow up inspection was conducted. The hose and extension cords have been removed. The grill has been covered and the burn barrel moved. The play structure has been removed. The chicken coop has been made made inaccessible. The coop where the ducks are located was not made inaccessbile.
