At the time of inspection both outdoor areas were observed to have trash/debris on the ground. Both playgrounds had large holes and low hanging branches. The toddler playground was observed to have vines with thorns, exposed screws protruding from the fence, a broken panel in the wood fencing, and a chicken wire barrier with sharp edges that was not secured. There was also concern that several areas of a brick wall on the toddler playground were in poor condition with several loose bricks and degraded mortar. Play equipment (spring car) on the preschool playground had a base that was exposed.
