Two classrooms were observed with black mold on a wall located behind children's furniture. A third classroom was observed with stains that looked like mold on a wall located behind construction paper. The color of the stain in the third classroom was black, yellow, and green. External walls located on the North and South side of the building require maintenance. Part of a wall was bulging, and another section of the wall was cracked with an opening large enough where rain could seep through. The air conditioner vents in the classrooms were observed with dust and debris. Carpets in classrooms require maintenance. Carpets were observed with black stains.
