Three children did not have emergency contact information on file.

Pet vaccination records were not current and expired June 12, 2026.

A child did not have shot records on file.

Upon arriving at the child care home, I observed a total of 14 children in care which exceeds the capacity allowance for a Licensed or Registered Child Care Home. The permitted capacity is 12. Before leaving the operation, a parent picked up 1 child which leaves the permit holder and the assistant caregiver supervising 13 children.

During the inspection, the director stated that they had taken pediatric CPR and first aid training at the beginning of May 2026 but did not have a current copy of their pediatric first aid and CPR training for review during the inspection.

During the time of inspection an infant child was observed asleep and buckled in their infant car seat. The child was noted to have arrived at the home about 30 minutes prior to the inspection time and had not yet been removed from the car seat. The baby was removed promptly at the request of the inspector. ----------------------------------- Durante la inspeccion se observo a un bebe dormido y abrochado en su asiento infantil para automovil. Se noto que el ni?o habia llegado al hogar aproximadamente 30 minutos antes del momento de la inspeccion y que aun no habia sido retirado del asiento. El bebe fue retirado de inmediato a solicitud del inspector.

At the time of inspection the provider's assistant was present with the group of children after Ineligibility status had been received on 11/4/25 due to failure to complete the fingerprint check.

At the time of inspection, one child did not have a health statement on file for review indicating that they could be active in a daycare setting. --------------------------------- Al momento de la inspeccion, un ni?o no tenia un certificado de salud en el archivo para su revision que indicara que podia participar en actividades en un entorno de guarderia.

At the time of inspection a new fulcrum seesaw was present in the backyard of the home. Children in care at under 5 years of age. -------------------------------------------- Al momento de la inspeccion, habia un nuevo balancin en el patio trasero de la casa. Ni?os bajo cuidado menores de 5 a?os.

There is climber in the backyard area of the home was observed too close, less than 6 feet away, from the wooden play structure. -------------------------------- Se observo a un escalador en el area del patio trasero de la casa demasiado cerca, a menos de 6 pies de la estructura de juego de madera.
