One infant was observed sleeping in a crib with a blanket and a soft toy. The items were removed during the inspection.

Three of the four collateral parents that were contacted stated that when they dropped off their children that morning, they were not informed that the water was off.

Operation did not inform Child Care Regulation that the water had been turned off and that they were still operating with children.

A caregiver admitted to threatening to put a child in the closet if the child did not lay down and close their eyes during nap time.

Infant feeding schedules were not current. Some were dated in May.

Cabinet with cleaning supplies was accessible to one yr olds. Cleaning supplies were immediatly moved to high shelf.

Two children exited the operation unsupervised and were unsupervised for a few minutes.

During an investigation, it was determined a caregiver did not demonstrate good judgment when she allowed a child, who had been pushed by another child, to hit that child back.

There were two classrooms out of ratio. Both had a specified age of 3 years and had 17 children with one caregiver. This was corrected when more caregivers arrived and children were split into smaller groups.

During an investigation, it was determined classrooms are regularly out of ratio for 30 minutes in the morning.

There were two garbage cans with no lids that had used diapers in the garbage can that was accessible to children in care. This was corrected at inspection when the caregiver removed the diaper.

The operation purchased a van to transport children in 2019. The van does not have an electronic child safety alarm. This was corrected at inspection when the operation stated they will not transport children in that van until an alarm is installed.

Five out of ten employee did not have a signed statement that they received the operational policies.

Out of ten staff files reviewed, ten staff did not have 24 hours of required training available for review at the time of inspection.

There were several broken toys on the playground. There a broken shelf in a classroom that was being used

Two drivers did not have a current driver's license available for review at the time of inspection.
