Infant classroom: there was an plastic octupus hanging dryer with clips in a bin underneath the crib that was at hands reach of infants. In the same classroom there was a pushcart that had a broken bobble figure that was detached from the coil, which was exposed. It was corrected at inspection when the equipment/toys were removed from the room. Pre-K Playground: There is a storage trunk on the Pre-K playground that did not meet safety standards with the latch and the breathing gap/hole. This was corrected at inspection when the trunk was removed from the play area. Pre-K playground had some stepping pads made of concrete which two of them had sharp objects protruding out. There is a metal square attached to one of them that had sharp corners.
