In the outdoor play area, the fencing has a long rope that Is tied around the fence panel hanging. The fencing around the playground had gaps in two corners. The electrical outlets were not covered. *The electrical outlets was corrected at inspection when the primary caregiver placed outlet covers on all outlets accessible to children.
