A caregiver exercised poor judgment when she went to her car to use a vaporizer with nicotine in it while she was supposed to be caring for children on a walk. The caregiver did not leave the group out of ratio, but could have been seen by the children she was supposed to be caring for.

Diaper cream was observed in the bathroom and accessible to the children. Note: This was corrected when the caregiver removed the items.

Two infant feeding schedules were not reviewed and updated every 30 days.

One out of ten children's files were lacking an updated shot record .

One out of 10 children files was lacking an emergency contact name, address, and phone number.

A caregiver failed to use good judgment when she didn't intervene with a child who was aggressively pulling children to the ground, which could have resulted in an injury.

At the time of inspection, an adult size chair was not observed to be in the classroom. NOTE: This was corrected at inspection by an adult size chair being placed in the classroom.

Two over the counter topical ointments were observed to be expired. NOTE: This was corrected at inspection with the ointments being discarded and no longer being used.
