At the time of inspection, a portion of the fence had been burned and had a large hole in it. The incident occurred approximately 4 days ago, and has not been repaired. Additionally, another section of the fence was not adequately secured, making it so that children could reach their hands to the other side of the fence through a gap. Two dogs were barking and jumping at the gap in the fence.
