This standard was found deficient as part of the DFPS investigation. A four year old child was left unsupervised in a public restroom on a field trip. Child was found by an individual of the public and returned to group. Caregiver did not take steps to ensure child was accounted for and was unaware child had separated from the group. In addition, two other children in the visited a second restroom without caregiver supervision.
