Furthermore, the operational policies were lacking information regarding the safe sleep policy for infants from birth through 12 months old that is consistent with the rules in sub chapter H of the minimum standards. A portion of this violation was corrected at inspection when form 2550 discussing operational safe sleep polices was added to the center's operational policies.
