The child was injured on 11/5/24 and the report was not made until 11/12/2024. An administrative penalty will be recommended as a result of this citation, per HRC ?42.078.

I spoke to the operartion regarding having a background checks put in for anyone who will be volunteering all day in a teacher role. The volunteer was asked to leave during the inspection. An administrative penalty will be recommended as a result of this citation, per HRC ?42.078.
