The operation did not have a current annual Consumer Products Safety Commission affidavit. During the inspection a recalled Fisher-Prise, Rock n Play Sleep were was observed in the classroom. The sleeper was recalled by the CPSC in 2021. A photograph of the sleeper was taken during the inspection. The violation was corrected by removing he sleeper from the infant room and thrown away.
