During a follow-up, I observed the infant room again during naptime, and there were 2 caregivers with 12 infants. A phone call was made to the director. The director was conducting the bus run and called the caregivers to the center to correct the situation with the assistance of additional staff. The director stated that two children are supposed to be in another area with an additional caregiver.
