Two caregivers did not have current training in the following topics: 1) Administering medication 2) Handling, storing, and disposing of hazardous materials.

A written activity plan was not posted or available for review in the infants, toddlers, and pre-k classrooms. This was corrected when the director provided copies of the plans to each classrooms and they were posted.

Due to the classrooms recently being remodeld, the emergency evacuation and relocation diagram was not posted in two of the classrooms. This was corrected when the director posted the diagrams in the classrooms.

A group of children on the playground was left out of ratio when one of the two caregivers supervising left the playground to take a child inside for toileting. There were 15 children left with one caregiver and the specified age group was 2 years old. This was corrected when the caregiver returned to the playground to supervise.

Child Care Regulation Inspector did not have access to children's records to review during the inspection due to all employees assigned to supervise groups of children.

An 8 year old was observed unsupervised in the front office. She exited the office and then went into the hallway alone, then a caregiver approached her. The child had left her classroom through a door shared with the front office to look for her mother who is also an employee.
